What we collect

When you authenticate, Q‑Forge receives your verified email address and, when available, your name. The service stores the organization, product, assessment, evidence, approval, support, billing-selection, and audit data that authorized users submit.

How we use it

We use this information to provide, secure, support, and improve your workspace; enforce organization boundaries and roles; generate requested exports; and maintain an attributed audit history. We do not use customer evidence to train shared models.

Data boundaries

Do not submit private or signing keys, production credentials, exploitable firmware, classified or export-controlled information, or regulated personal data unless separately approved controls are in place. Supporting evidence files are stored separately from application records and associated with the submitting organization.

Control and deletion

Authorized workspace users can export organization settings, subscription state, assessment records, approvals, and supporting-file metadata. Organization deletion removes workspace records and associated supporting files according to the documented deletion flow, subject to legal retention requirements.
